Quick question about clip workflow

I'm researching how podcasters handle turning long episodes into short clips for TikTok/Reels/Shorts.

Specifically curious about knowing if you currently make clips and if yes, how (DIY, hire someone, use a tool?)

Building something in this space and want to make sure I'm solving a real problem before I build it. Honest answers hugely appreciated — even "I don't bother with clips" is useful.
