Cebu Freelancers – Commission-Based Opportunity in Property Management in

Hi everyone 👋🏻

I’m Keanu, an entrepreneur and property manager based in Cebu. I’m currently handling 3 properties and also managing a land surveying company.

Right now, I’m building a small team of freelancers here in Cebu who can help me with property management and marketing as we grow and take on more clients.

This is a commission-based opportunity — perfect for driven individuals who want performance-based income and flexible work.

Ideal if you:

• Have a laptop/device

• Are computer literate

• Know Canva & social media platforms

• Are responsible and good with communication

• Are open to weekly onsite reporting

I’m currently managing everything alone, but I’m preparing to expand and I need a reliable team to grow with me.

If you’re interested, send me a message and let’s connect.
