Saving mullein leaf that got wet?

Hi all! I was just transferring some new mullein leaf to a mason jar and accidentally put it first in my water jar! It was empty but wet, and had some lemon in it. I then transferred it to a clean jar.

I’m making a big infusion now, but wondering how I can preserve the rest of it (2oz). Can i make a bunch of infusions and freeze them? I’m a little hesitant to make tinctures because i’ve really only done it once and don’t feel wildly confident. And I bought it with the intention my whole family (including little kids) could use it.
