Passed my first coding assessment in 5 years and will be having my first system design interview. Whats the best way to study, and should I try to push the interview to the next week?

I am a mid level engineer with 5 YOE in the interview process with a well known company for a senior SWE role. Recruiter reached out to me asking about availability for this week and the following week. Should I push For the following week and should I mention anything to the recruiter about wanting a little more time to prepare for this interview? I feel pretty screwed because I haven’t studied much besides the last week, and I will certainly grind this week to prepare, but I would love any advise from the wise engineers here :)
