every time i try launching minecraft it stays on 0% and it eventually gives me the error:

Instance update failed because: Component metadata update task failed while downloading from remote server:

i've restarted the app, my pc and my router and updated the launcher as well as flusing and changing dns

I also get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT if i go to https://meta.prismlauncher.org/v1/net.minecraft/1.21.5.json
however the webisite works if I use a vpn and it works for my friend
