Tibia in 1998 - Recovering old files from floppy disks

Greetings! I wonder if anyone here knows how to setup and install Windows 95 in order to retrieve some old files from a few floppy disks?

I began playing Tibia back in 1997 or 1998 and I was going through some boxes of old stuff in my parents' home and found a bunch of floppy disks from that era. Three of them even have notes stating they include Tibia stuff from 1998. But I have no idea how to access them. Do you think it's possible to access the data on them? Or do floppy disks deteriorate over time?

I am not great with computers, and especially not with old computers. I would need a floppy disk reader (which I can buy online). But I think I also need Windows 95 to view the files? Does anyone know? I would love to recover some old pictures!

I'm pretty sure I started playing during Christmas '97, because I have some printed photos of me and my siblings playing Tibia in February 1998 in the morning during my brother's birthday.
