Cab app: is there an app like Bolt or Uber which works for intracity travel? Need a cab from Colombo to Marissa and back. Also, which app do you use for intercity travel within colombo

Hotel: if someone can suggest a good area to stay in Colombo, that be amazing as well! Looking for exploring more of city life than beaches, budget of 50~60usd per night, need something which has places to explore in walking distance [under a km]. Also a recommended resort in Marissa near water sports

Hookah: Hows hookah scene in sri lanka? easy to find? Legal?
