I 21F think my friend 21M might’ve started flirting with me

Hi! So I’m 21F have a close friend 21M who i’ve liked for a while. We have a very close mutual circle of friends so we spend a lot of time together. When we first became friends he was pretty shy but he’s really gotten out of his shell recently. I’ve noticed lately that he can be a little bit more touchy. If we’re bantering or I win at a game we’re playing he’ll playfully fight with me, or when we’re drunk sometimes we’ll hold hands (we do this with other friends too). It just feels like he’s much more touchy and close to me than he was before. Now i’ve never really been flirted with and i might be biased because I do really like him. Does this seem like flirting?
