Minecraft not allowing multiplayer on Xbox one

I recently decided to start playing Minecraft on my Xbox again but on the app it says I can’t play multiplayer without changing parental controls. I changed all my controls and contacted Xbox support but I have still been unable to fix this. Does anyone know what I can do?
