Considering leaving india for better medication(amphetamines)

I'm 25m, an advocate just starting my legal career, struggling with adhd and anxiety and it's been a huge toll on my work to the extent that I almost got fired, I've been on modafonil and amphetamines and it hasn't worked well enough, I always wanted to try adderall and vyvanse because of how it affects brain chemistry and works more consistently than inspiral, I'm considering shifting to an European country mainly for the aspect of availability of amphetamine stimulants, do you guys have any advice, am I overreacting, any advice or constructive criticism is welcome, thanks
