[21M] I want to meet someone interesting

Im a 21 yo college student from Portugal, since a kid I had no problem in meeting people and getting along. Throughout the years I ended up reaching today’s point where I do have friends that I really like but sometimes I miss something. I'm really into geography, history and philosophy, recently, I've read a lot of books on the subjects and would love to meet someone likeminded. I used to love anime and still have my MAL profile but interest in it has declined since nowadays none of my friends likes it nor knows anything so its hard to discuss it. I never had an online friend so it might be funny. I believe its a quiet niche situation and I have no hope out of this post.
