Plasma 6: Keybind to switch to existing app window?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if I can keybind the active window instead of the default task‑manager entry.
I want a key that always switches to my browser window, and if no browser window is open, it should launch one.
Same for VS Code, etc.

The only thing I found so far is binding the launcher, but that always opens a new window instead of switching to the existing one.
Any help would be appreciated.
