Account reset?

Hello, I have just switched over from Spotify to Apple Music and to my horror realised all my music from when I was about 13 is still on there, I have removed all my old playlists, albums and favourites whilst also transferring all my Spotify data over. Despite this my old music is still plastered all over the home page and finds a way to creep into my new playlists

Is there a way to start fresh so that it will let me have a clean slate to load my new playlists and songs onto?
