TOEFL new format (1–6 scale) — last-week help? I need overall 5.0 or my admission is at risk

Hi everyone,
I’m taking the TOEFL next Saturday and my latest mock scores (new 1–6 scale) are: Reading 4.5, Listening 5.0, Writing 4.0, Speaking 4.0. My target is overall 5.0, and honestly I’m pretty stressed because if I don’t hit 5/6, my university admission may be cancelled.

I’m focusing on improving Writing (Email + Academic Discussion) and Speaking (Listen & Repeat + Take an Interview) as fast as possible. If you’ve taken the new format recently, what helped you most in the final week—specific routines, common mistakes to avoid, or any strategies that made a real difference?
