Recommendation (and Why?) Please

I want to start an educational channel. I research about a topic - like AI relevant deeply technical stuff - and explain it. Using a whiteboard, I will be standing beside. I am not an expert, so I need to study first and then do this - hence takes time.

Target audience - Avg. Person who is interested to know (definitely not students or experts)

I am new to this. Camera and even speaking (like teaching)

My time allows to create 1 short every 2 days and 1 long every 1 week. (As of today, this is a very clear constraint)

Considering this, what do you think I should start with?

A. Weekly 3 Shorts + 1 Long

B. Weekly 3 Shorts only - once audience grows and I am confident, then start Long.

C. Only Long.

Intention of this YouTube channel (personally)

1. Improve my communication and English speaking skills.
2. Side income (atleast in 2 years monetization)

So what's your suggestion? With reason please.
