Marijuana and ADHD and Sex

I have severe ADHD ntm depression anxiety and ptsd. I really struggle with wandering thoughts during sex, not because I’m not enjoying myself thoroughly or anything just because my brain won’t stfu. But when I smoke my brain relaxes and I can really focus on what I’m feeling and it’s exponentially more enjoyable. Has anyone else experienced this?
