Are some people not meant to eat meat?
I’m wondering whether or not meat is just bad for certain people’s health or metabolism, while it may not be for others. Here’s why I ask:
2 years ago, I weighed 230 pounds, on a 5’10 frame. I always felt tired, physical activity easily left me winded, I was uncomfortable in my clothes. Eventually, I decided to become a vegetarian. This wasn’t even so much for weight loss reasons, I actually just felt tired of eating it.
I immediately started losing weight. I live in a very walkable city and get my steps in, that that had never really helped before. I began dropping weight quicker and quicker, my skin cleared up, even my general. mood improved.
I now weigh around 160, and I feel great. All that change in just 2 years. So I guess what I want to know is, am I just a person whose body couldn’t handle meat? Is that a thing?
