8 month old waking up every 45 mins to an hour. Please help 😭

My baby girl has been a great sleeper since 8 weeks until around 7 and half months old where she started waking up every hour give or take.

We contact nap during the day and her nap schedule is 3/3.5/4. First nap starting at 10 am lasting 2 hours and second nap starting at 3:30-4 pm with total nap time being 2.5 hours.

I try to aim for a bed time around 7:30 to 8 pm and rock her to sleepy but awake before putting her down but it takes her another 30-40 mins to fall asleep on her own and starting around 11:30-midnight she wakes up every hour. She sleeps in the room with us and her crib is right next to my side so I can stick my hand in it and try to soothe her but even after soothing and falling asleep she still wakes up crying about an hour later. Sometimes even less.

I just am loss for words and miserable 😞 she is not crawling or putting herself to a sitting position yet but can sit independently when placed.
