Where do people go to get drunk??

A buddy and I just moved to Apple valley and last night we went around trying to find some bars, but all we found all night was just sports bars full of families, no real bars. We hung out at shooters pool hall for a bit and that wasn’t too bad, but where the hell are the bars? Is there any areas to go bar hopping? Everyone around that I’ve asked has just recommended more sports bar and grills that are catered toward meals, I’m looking for an area with a couple fun bars. Where’s that at?
