How am I still alive?

AFAB 21, no medications, about 99~110 lbs, and I have attempted suicide several times in my life via overdose with Aleve (the whole bottle every time, 90 capsules, fresh off the shelf), and have consistently woken up with little to no symptoms. No one even knows that I have ever attempted, that is how unnoticeable the aftermath was every time. I’m wondering if those past attempts are medically relevant as I prepare to set up care with a primary care doctor, or if I can safely leave it in the past. I’m also morbidly curious as to how I could’ve possibly survived multiple attempts through this same method with as little as a stomach ache.
