Memory card slowly asking to be formatted regularly

I have a A229 Plus with a 128GB VIOFO SD card that I brought with my dashcam and recently since the latest firmware update it's been asking to format itself more than usual when I have the reminders set for 30 days?

Anybody experiencing something similar? Might be inclined to turn off the formatting notification to see if it makes a difference?
