Got StubHub credit retroactively

Just want to report a small win.

I bought tickets on StubHub on January 16.

After not seeing the credit appear, I did some digging and found that I needed to “activate” it, so I did on January 19.

On January 21, I called Chase, they said they’d escalate my request to get the credit retroactively.

The credit appeared in my account February 20. I had called a couple more times in the meantime to see if it was still being considered, and it obviously was.
