FD BACK Credit card

Hello Everyone

I’m 21 years old I want to know best options of FD Backed credit card. I am a student. I have account in HDFC and SBI recently I applied for HDFC CC(unsecured) representative told me it will approve but it get rejected. So I don’t want any risk.

I have no CIBIL
