2017 BMW i3 Pre purchase

I'm going to see a 2017 BMW i3 w/REX here in SoCal with about 57,171 miles. it seems low mileage but it getting close to the 10 years for the battery. I'm not very savvy when it comes to EVs besides the basics. I've loved the look of the car for a long time but the price tag at the time was expensive.

I've been calling around places to have the car inspected but everyone seems to refuse.

I'm tech and engine savvy, I have an OBDII reader from previous projects and just purchased the BimmerLink app.

what should I be looking for in the app?

I also plan to take it to BMW, at the dealership what should I ask?
