Account suspended

My Handshake AI account was just suspended by Trust & Safety for a potential Terms of Service violation, and I’m honestly confused???. The message doesn’t explain what specific privacy issue occurred. Some transparency would be nice like the other posts said😭

I’ve only been using the platform for about two weeks. I typically work 1–2 hours a day (a bit more on weekends since I’m a student and trying to earn some extra money). I’ve been careful to follow the instructions and complete tasks accurately literally because I don’t want to get laid off lol

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get more details after contacting support? I’d really appreciate any insight on what might trigger a “privacy violation” or how to appeal this. Thank you in advance
