Best Level to Stop Leveling?

What is your opinion of the best level or level range to stop leveling? The goal is to still have multi-player available both pvp and coop with acceptable queues while being high enough to tackle the content. As of right now, as an arc/dex/fai spec, I hit 175 and decided to stay there so I don't have to wait forever for multi-player queues.

I just wrecked and lost over a million runes on Bayle (wound up defeating him with mimic and npc after trying many times multi-player) so I'm just wondering people's opinions.

This is my first run and I intend do do at least a full second run to collect items and complete stories that I missed.

Did I overlevel or not enough? Or just right?
