Student absences

One of the things that has been so frustrating for me as a teacher is students missing major lesson days and then never really understanding the project. This year I’ve started recording all of my lessons on zoom and uploading them to Google Classroom. Absent students can watch at home (which they don’t) or when they come back to class I give them a Chromebook and have them get caught up. It’s saving me so much energy in class.
