Leadership offsite - UK based

Hi everyone. I’m in the process of researching and booking an overnight offsite, for around 12 people within a 2 hour commute of London. Through extensive googling I’ve found a couple of contenders but I just wanted to see if anyone has any great venues they can recommend?

Ideally all would have an en suite room, the meeting room space would be light and ideally a room that doesn’t want to make you immediately leave as soon as you enter, some space for a private dinner, and some good facilities like a spa/pool/racquet sports courts.

Anyone know of anything good? Like I said I’ve done extensive research and every where is coming up a bit corporate. I’m looking for something really special.
