Ninja trader glitch Thursday

Has anyone else sent a support ticket in or contacted Take profit trader about the glitch around eight thirtyish Thursday morning on ninja trader it caused me to blow my evaluation 150 K I could not exit the trade I was in profit of $1800. I only needed $1100 to pass it Nothing would work the close button I tried right clicking, flatten all right clicking close I tried buying opposite my short position. Nothing would do anything I’ve sent various emails to take profit trader, but I have not heard anything back yet Later in the day I passed the other 150 K account so it’s funded and everything was sent to me and I signed it and got it set up, but they have not mentioned the other account and if they’re going to try to do anything about it, I was in a winning trade that passed the account and I could not get out of it by the time I got over to their website to hit that liquidate button it had done bounced o up-and moved up against me and blew the account. If I don’t hear back Monday morning, I’ll just keep emailing them I guess butthis glitch crap is really getting on my nerves. I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with it as much after leaving top step.
