Fanmade Kit Nicole

People are speculating that Nicole would be a Varka slave, but I kinda don't dig that. It feels strange to think that if she is designed to be a support, she'd be soft-locked to a single team archetype. So here's my fanmade kit for Nicole.

Weapon Type - Catalyst Ascension Stat - Crit Rate

Normal Attack - Angel's Whisper

Echoes a string of fiery sound waves, performing up to 4 attacks that deal Pyro Damage.

Charged Attack

Consumes a certain amount of stamina to compress a sound that deals AoE Pyro damage after a short amount of casting time.

Plunging Attack

Plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents on her path, dealing AoE Pyro damage upon impact on the ground.

Elemental Skill - Purifying Light

Awaken the power within, dealing AoE Pyro damage and summoning Lights of Purification.

Lights of Purification will follow the active character on the field while continuously applying Pyro to the active character.

Lights of Purification

• When active characters affected by this effect attack and deal DMG to opponents, a coordinated Feathered Quill will be unleashed, dealing Pyro DMG to opponents.
• Characters who are affected by this effect have their attack speed increased by a certain amount.

Elemental Burst - Embrace of the Fallen

Temporarily borrows ancient power, chanting forgotten rites to deal AoE Pyro Damage, while simultaneously granting nearby active characters Protection of the Ancients. Protection of the Ancients will continuously summon Wings of the Fallen that absorbs damage based on Nicole's ATK, and it will absorb Pyro DMG with 250% effectiveness. When broken or upon reaching a certain amount of time, Wings of the Fallen will explode and scatter luminous feathers dealing AoE Pyro Damage. Protection of the Ancients can only grant 3 instances of Wings of the Fallen.

1st Ascension Passive -

When a Feathered Quill is unleashed, Nicole grants nearby characters 0.5% DMG Bonus and 0.75% ATK for every 100 ATK Nicole has, up to a maximum of 10% and 15% respectively for 3 seconds.

2nd Ascension Passive

When Nicole herself is under the effects of Lights of Purification, an additional Feathered Quill will be unleashed.

Witch Eve's Rite Passive

Nicole is a Hexerei Character by default. When the party includes at least 2 Hexerei characters, you will gain the Hexerei: Secret Rite effect, which enhances Hexerei characters.

Utility Passive - Second Best Guide

When a Seelie is nearby, Nicole will mark its location on the map.

Basically, the concept of her gamplan is that she can do different kinds of support (buff atk speed, cleanse, shield, dmg bonus, atk%), albeit a bit subpar compared to real dedicated supports that specializes on a single type of buff.

Her main identity is a subdps that can buff, but she can be an onfield driver for other subdps as well (attacks speed for herself and the feathered needle buff can stack, but she needs to be on-field for the buff to stack because of the low duration), at the same time highlighting her subdps role without shadowing her supportive capabilities.

This gives her synergy to other Hexerei characters like Durin, Fischl, Razor, Albedo, and Varka while being useful as well for other team archetypes like Reverse Melt Wriothesley, etc. What I'm not sure is if the 15% ATK buff is too much. That's almost like a free Noblesse Oblige. But then Fischl can easily buff 45% ATK so I am not sure...

Also, the cleanse for Pyro is not intended to mirror Bennett's burst. It's literally just there so that I could use her with Jean instead of Venti lol.
