Improvement on Suspend (Jhoira of the Ghitu) deck ?

Hi !

I'm fairly new to building commander deck and I wanted to try to build a fun deck around the suspend mechanism so I went for a [[Jhoira of the Ghitu]] deck. I purchased a few cards to do it and used other cards I already had (yes, I was lucky with the [[Mana Drain]]).

The idea is to have a functioning deck at Bracket 2/3 but so far, when I played it, it was very very slow and when it gets something uselfull (an eldrazi or a big enchant), well it's a bit too late...
