Flip 5 issue

Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my Flip 5. It powers on and connects to my phone via Bluetooth without any problems, but there’s absolutely no sound coming out (even at start)

I’ve tried cranking up the volume on both the speaker and my phone, but it’s just total silence. The music app shows the song is playing. I’ve tried to open it, and pull out the speaker off - it worked for couple of times, but I to want find a real reason for this problem. Thanks for help
