I have a bump on my labia

I dont know if its a pimple or what. Its redish colour although i think i see a little white. I never had sex or shaved that part of my vagina, i only shaved as much of my skin is visible when wearing a swim suit, wich basicly shows like normal underwear does. It dosent hurt, its only a little uncomfortable when i touch it and it sometimes itches but i dont tuch it. Its also a little uncomfortable when i start peeing. Ive had it for about 2-3 days. Googled it but thought maybe explaining it like this is more detail could get me a better answear.
