BetterMC low fps with ryzen 9 5900x and 3080

So i've been wanting to get back into Minecraft and decided to play modded (BetterMC neoforge). I know i don't have a great pc but even with low shaders my fps stutters bewteen 20 and 50.

I've allocated 8 of my 32gb of RAM through the minecraft settings in the curseforge launcher, all drivers are up to date and render distance is set at 16 chunks.

Does anyone know how to improve fps or is my pc simply just not good enough to smoothly run BetterMC?
