Ok to take CoQ10 with tafenoquine?

Has anyone been told not to take CoQ10 with tafenoquine? There's a note in Marty Ross' supplement store on a CoQ10 product not to use it if taking tafenoquine. I'm guessing it might reduce effectiveness but not sure. I'd really like to take both, but don't want to waste my money or make the tafenoquine less effective.
