Venetian check-in/pool

Flying in late Friday March 6th staying at linq that night and have booked Venetian for rest of trip. Realistically if we walk over to Venetian in the AM what are the chances rooms are ready? Do they charge for early check in? Also will the pools be open if it’s 75-85 degrees? Thank you!
