Help?

My long time spouse;

Left the stove on after cooking today. Again.

Left the gas fireplace running all last night set at 74f.

Recently ignored or did not see a large puddle of dog urine in the hall for a week.

Will not make a note of a 10year old wifi password.

Will NEVER turn off a light except in the bedroom at night

Has trouble closing the outside door fully in winter.

Will never open the bathroom window after a steamy shower.

I have never seem him wash a piece of fruit or veggies.

Leaves the fridge door handle smeared and chunky.

This is not an unintelligent person.

How do others successfully deal with a partner like this?
