Need help with DLC's

Been trying to install nordic and greece DLC but for some reason any time it downloads them, it won't show as installed in the actual game.

I've tried every suggestion online, from ticking and unticking the dlc's on steam to removing files and redownlading. I've also reloaded steam multiple times and the same thing keeps happening.

Has this happened to anyone else? because this is the first time it's happened to me when installing dlc's, usually it just does it all automatically.

Any help would be appreciated, just not sure what else to try.
