Prince of Death vs Carian Regal for faith heavy builds

I've read that Prince of Death doesn't outperform Carian Regal until you get up to the +80/+74 range.

I assume this is from the point of view of sorcerers though, comparing high intelligence builds (with only the faith for incant requirements) across different staves.

But what does it look like if I'm doing a faith/int build, heavier on the faith side? Think of a dragon communion + flame/lightning guy, but keeping arcane low, using golden order, and now with the goal of getting a bit more out of rock sling/night comet/adula's moonblade in certain spots.

If my intelligence is still well below 50 but I have high faith, does prince of death beat intelligence focused staves?

I'm at +32(for adula)/+52(for fortissax spear) right now, considering my options - currently on meteorite staff.
