25m dealing with sleep disruption from moving, toddler bed, separation anxiety 🆘

A little under a month ago, we moved into a new house and then I went on vacation while my husband watched my LO. He transitioned her to a toddler bed while I was gone bc she was sleeping through the night for him but since i’ve been back, it’s been nonstop wakes no matter what the wake windows are (5.5-6/5.5). We even resorted back to her crib and CIO but it’s still causing so many split nights or EMWs. Is this developmental? Anything I can do to assist?
