Watermill Oil on Canvas

I recently bought this painting for very little money at a flea market in Much/ Germany. It comes with an original golden stucco frame.

The painting is oil on canvas. Unfortunately, I cannot find a signature, but there are parts of a description on the back. There you also can see the canvas.

Can you please help me?

(Please excuse the poor quality of the photographs, but I don't have a better camera at the moment.)
