Completely reset Mol's entire quest line?

!I have the Mol's quest is bugged problem. She is permanently locked in "I'm done with you..." dialogue. She isn't in the hideout anymore, having tried to turn me in to the guards. I want to completely reset the quest as if Mol were never spoken to... but the beach boy has been saved. So that I'm invited into the hideout (this never happened for me). I personally believe, as many do, this quest is stupidly bugged and cheating is in order. Really, you save all her people and she still hates you? Lame. I don't want to go back and replay 12 hours of the game just fix this.!<

!(1) Does anyone know the correct group of flags to reset everything associated with Mol, not just the countdown counter?!<

!(2) Does anyone know how to find the actual script for this quest using some kind of script editor, so I can find all the flags myself and reset them? Just a link to a tutorial on modifying the saved file would help.!<
