Running certain mods as ref doesn’t work and neither does running them loose

On top of that, if I have any of the mods enabled as their loose version, th game doesn’t launch at all and stays at its black screen. Only 4 mods work as REF mods and they work when loaded on their own. All mods have been updated and there shouldn’t be any conflicts. This is probably extremely common for someone who doesn’t know what they are doing but whatever
