First time watcher, currently on mid s3

As a first time watcher, I really liked s1 despite it being short and also really loves s2 despite it feels like the show's still finding its footing, so I'm very excited to watch s3.

Now, I'm currently in mid s3, just finished watching Zeppo, and I can't help to feel that s3 has been a hit or miss (at least in my watching experience).

Does anyone feel this too? Because I saw how most people said that s3 was the best. I really hope the 2nd half can be better.
