Help please!? HHP.

Hi all. So I just purchased the HHP DLC and downloaded the code and the add on. I have 3 accounts on my switch, and downloaded it using my account but it's only really my daughters profile that plays it. She's got resident services, house and a workbench. What am I missing? I can't get the call from Tom Nook to initiate the DLC. Thanks!
