Randstand Nvidia

I work in a company name Randstand and our client is Nvidia. (Wfh) I must say everyone will think it's a dream job but reality is bit harsh. The people here is toxic as fuck. We have to marks poles and cones Our TL name Ramya dont know any single thing about the project. They train us only for 2 days and then expect to reach the 100 % quality an production. The targets are fucking high. Like 1500+ labels in a single day? Are we robots? All this for 14k? The torture us , they gave us termination threats. Even they terminated some employees. I know every job has there pressure, But there is a difference between pressure and torture. Nvidia should not give contract to Randstand. This stupid Randstand takes a whole day meeting and ask random users to share screen.. Humaliting each users in front of all the users. Nvidia take action on the ASAP #nvidia
