As an e-commerce/online seller. Is shipping/postage costs something that takes away from your profits? Or is it not that big of an issue for people?

Does anyone use an app that can scan/measure their items, help them find the cheapest courier and then export that to the courier website to buy shipping? An online sellers toolkit?
