PSHCP coverage for pensioners

Are the coverages and limits for medical and dental the same as for employees? What about plan and certificate numbers.

I’m recently retired, took them 2 months to process my paperwork and now I’m “without” extended medical for the time being. Luckily my pension was not delayed
