Parks & Rec x Stardew Valley

I’ve been rewatching parks & rec and I’m at the point where they’re planning the Harvest festival and it’s giving fall valley fair. It’s making me think about the similarities between the parks department / city of Pawnee are like the people of stardew valley. What characters do you see overlap?
