Dog jumped on me and left light scratches (no bleeding) do I need a rabies shot?

An excited dog jumped on me (playful, running around, acting normal). I didn’t get bitten (21M), but I noticed 3 light scratch marks with some redness on my skin. There was no bleeding and I don’t see any open wound ..just red scratch lines. Do I need to get a rabies vaccine for this, or is this considered low/no risk since the skin doesn’t seem broken?
